As blockchains actually become used and aren't just, like, research projects, it's really important that you have a really strong product voice. What are the problems Ethereum users or Ethereum ecosystem users face today? The BeamChain does not move the needle on that stuff at all. Have people who actually think holistically about customers are actually the end user of the chain, think about product, and can push back and be like, guys, like, is this research stuff moving the needle?
Ultimately, everyone's gonna hang on every word that Vitalik says, and I'm sure even if he's not in an explicit position of authority, he's certainly in a position of moral authority. It probably does have to come from him. I I I don't think actually anyone else is really capable of stepping in and full like, fully changing the direction of the ship in as drastic of a way as it probably needs to be changed. You wanna go for it? Yeah. I'm Uma. I'm the cofounder and CEO of Sysynq. We're a project building, a zkVM and a decentralized network that hopefully will help scale all blockchains and beyond. And, yeah, I'm really excited to be here.
Awesome. And I'm Jill. I'm cofounder and head of strategy at Espresso Systems. We're working on technology to make Ethereum more composable, and what that looks like is a confirmation layer to provide super fast confirmations across roll ups. So, yeah, excited to bring my perspective and hot takes to the show.
So in addition to being lovely, very interesting people, I thought this was great to have both of your perspectives on a very modular focused podcast. We've got ZK, Giga Brain, and someone who knows roll about roll ups, or has forgotten more about roll ups than I'll ever know. So very excited to have both your perspectives on this show.
