Terms for using Barbell Insights

Barbell Insights is a subscription software product for monitoring podcast discussion and surfacing research context around companies, people, assets, and products.

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, billing interval, and feature limits are presented at checkout and may change over time for new purchases or renewals with notice.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or suspended until billing is resolved. Taxes, bank fees, and currency conversion fees are your responsibility when applicable.

You may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, scrape protected user-specific content, or use Barbell to violate third-party rights.

You may not upload or connect feeds that you do not have the right to access. If you add a private feed, you represent that you are authorized to process that source through your account.

Podcast audio, transcripts, titles, artwork, and related source material remain owned by their respective publishers or rights holders. Barbell displays derived research views, summaries, metadata, and indexing based on those sources.

Barbell-owned software, branding, page design, and generated research organization remain the property of AllHands Technologies, LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active.

Barbell Insights is provided for informational and research workflow purposes only. Nothing in the product constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for validating research before acting on it.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these terms when the product, law, or billing model changes.

If we make a material change, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Barbell Insights is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

AllHands Technologies, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from use of the service.
