Marketing the Pudgy Penguin because I can market better than anybody else in crypto.
Do NFTs make a comeback?
The crypto needs to be valued on as ecosystem, attention, and revenue. And these are, I think, are the three main pillars that we're gonna here over the next ten, fifteen, twenty years and beyond. So now everyone's kind of following and chasing Solana a little bit. But Ethereum's still the big dog. Ethereum's five times more valuable than Solana.
Welcome to the Deco podcast where we bring you stories from founders and investors in Web three. Before we get started, this is not a financial or legal advice. It's just a conversation about things we find interesting in Web three. Views expressed are our own personal opinions. Deco members or guests appearing on the show may have positions on assets they talk about. I sat down with Luca Netz, the CEO of Paji Penguins, to talk about how he took on a struggling NFT project and turned it into a 50,000,000 ARR business, and he did that without any new means. We got into how capital impacts cultu
I'm, super excited and happy to be here. Thanks for having me.
Let's start with a, you know, very zoomed out view. I don't think we need to get into your introduction. Most of the people in crypto will be watching us already know who you are. So let's better utilize that time and talk about mainstream culture. What do you think or how do you think crypto affects that, and where does Fudgee fit into that?

And unless that capital infusion happened, it would probably not have percolated into the wider cultural movement, right, or cultural diaspora. We think that, you know, crypto just kind of crypto alo
Yeah. I mean, the thing is is speculation runs rampant in crypto, but it also runs rampant in traditional financial market. I think it's all just a byproduct of human emotional spectrum, and it and it just is a thing. But what makes Tesla have a p to e ratio of a 110 versus, you know, BYD has a PDE ratio of 30. I don't even know if these are true. These are just Fugazi numbers, but, you know, they both perform the same function. They both have a multiple on revenue, but Tesla would have a higher PDE ratio because people would speculate on the fact of robotaxis and optimists and cyber trucks an
