I think if you want a one line summary of this deal, it is it is this. Coinbase needs to become the place for capital formation. Or said said differently. Right? They they need to become they need to control where new tokens are born.
It's not clear to me that, like, Coinbase, the exchange needs to own a crowdfunding platform. And maybe I am at curfew net, but like, every time the companies like raise a big round, every time they stall out and don't do well, like, and so maybe like, you know, now is different.
