Bullish

AIMODELS— AI models are enabling a new era of science where information theory at scale allows systems to learn world models and biology from data, with emergent properties solving historically hard problems like drug toxicity prediction.
BIOTECH— Protein language models trained on billions of sequences are learning emergent representations of biology that enable therapeutic-level drug design (nanomolar binders) with minimal experimental validation, dramatically lowering barriers to drug development.
PHARMA— Rare disease economics are improving as patient self-organization and lower drug development costs enable viable business models for the long tail of diseases, with patient groups organizing registries, biobanks, and clinical trials at unprecedented speed.
