OddLots is brought to you by Van Eck. For years, investors basically forgot about real assets, energy, gold, and infrastructure. But look what's driving markets now. Central banks loading up on gold, massive CapEx cycles, currencies doing weird things. These assets are at the center of it. RACS, the Van Eck real asset ETF, is an actively managed one stop shop for real assets spanning gold, commodities, natural resource equities, and more. Go to vaneck.com/raaxpod to learn more. Fun disclosures later in this episode.

It's 10:01 a. M. On a Monday, all at once. Your sales leader needs to know which deals are at risk. Your PM wants feature adoption by cohort. And your CFO needs one last graph for the board. Now your data team has to say no to somebody. HEX changes that. Ask any data question in plain English and get an analyst grade response, all backed by your actual business context as defined by your data team. Start saying yes to more data questions at hex.ai.

Hello, and welcome to another episode of the Odd Lots podcast. I'm Joe Wiesenthal.
And I'm Tracey Allaway.
Today, you're gonna be treated to a special two part episode. We are here in London, and so we wanted to learn about the business of pubs, of course. And so we're bringing you first an interview with famed publican Oshin Rogers. He is the co founder of the pub, The Devonshire. And then in the second half, that will be an interview that was recorded live at a show that we're doing here in London with the chef at the Devonshire, Ashley Palmer Watts.
Take a listen.
We've talked about this before. Some of my favorite episodes, and I mean this completely unironically, are when we talk to people in the food service industry in some way, because I truly think that what we specialize in, which is sort of where the macro meets the micro, etcetera, there are so many, whether it's labor costs, food costs, consumer sentiment, consumer appetites, etcetera. There are so many things that only someone in that specific industry gets a real view on at any given moment.
