Wyatt: Well, Michael, thank you for joining us on the podcast today. This is Wyatt joined by Michael Bentley, founder of Oiler. Like I said, it's a pleasure to have you on. I think we can get straight into it. Be great if you could give a quick background about yourself and then how you got into crypto and building a crypto company.
Michael: Well, first, thank you very much for having me on. It's great to be here. A little bit about me. I started OILO back in 2020 in midst of the pandemic. But prior to that, I used to be a research scientist at the University of Oxford.
I used to do mathematical research, mainly into biological populations and how they change through time. So there's a little bit of game theory and what's called dynamical systems. So it was all very nerdy stuff. And actually, really, I was introduced to crypto back in 2015, and I started as a bit of a skeptic. Someone told me about Ethereum, and it just didn't really click for me.
