  • “I think the the layer one theory, it works. And I think it only works right now because people are not building apps that don't care about all of the chains. Now once you get to a point where chains, the way and who they're built on top of or the apps who they're built on top of, it doesn't necessarily matter and the user doesn't even know where what app or what chain they're using. Like, that premium is just gonna go to some degree.”
