Nobody was doing anything on chain, like, six months ago. And now it seems like slowly, you're getting more of these different pockets doing stuff.
But, like, when I think back to all of the other times we've had, like, you know, genuine on chain activity. They've, like, come off the back of, like, an actual on chain, like, wealth creation event to begin with.
It just feels like you're always gonna get another chance to buy. Ideally, you just don't one day, and I think that's when you get this rush. And and, you know, people that were tying up certain assets have to chase, and then it gets reflected that way.
There just comes a point where the sentiment just changes. Feels a little bit like September, October 23 to me.
It's a really good time to just, like, plug back in and be active. There are pockets that are starting to emerge, and there's alpha to be had out there. I wanna start, though, with this general question, right? Because ceteris, I think you put out a thought provoking tweet. We'll put it that way around this massive generational on chain wealth creation cycle. That's potentially were potentially on the cusp of. So I wanna start there. Is is OnChain back, or or do you believe that we are on the cusp of a big OnChain generational wealth creation cycle?
Yeah. So I do obviously, the tweet is a bit over the top, but I do genuinely believe that OnChain has been showing a lot of really good signs recently, really over the last month or two. If we just think about the market structure going back from 10:10, right after 10:10, everything died. And then hype was the one outlier. Hype was literally the only asset in 2026 that was doing well. Then you started to get participation from Venice. And then you got Zcash in there too. Zcash started making its comeback too. And those were like the three trades beginning of the year, right? Where Zcash, Venic
I do get that feeling, but to me, I'm a little less bullish on it. Like, I just don't I don't know. I I don't know. Maybe maybe it's different. But, like, when I think back to all of the other times we've had, like, you know, genuine on chain activity explosions in the past, They've, like, come off the back of, like, an actual on chain, like, wealth creation event to begin with. Right? So, like, ETH in, like, 2020 going from, you know I don't know. I remember buying it at, like, a 150, $200. And then a couple months later, it's, like, $4.05, $600. You have DeFi summer and then NFTs. ETH goes t
There's definitely no clear, like, wealth generation in a major effect like you're talking. Even if Bitcoin, Ethan, Soul were to, like, go up from here, it's still not the same magnitude as we've seen in the past. Right? So it's something that's just, like, not gonna happen.
Yeah. I mean, I I don't really see there being a renaissance of sorts on chain. But it doesn't mean there won't be good opportunities. You need either yeah. Not to kind of rehash everything, but, yeah, wealth creation effect or some reason for people to bring assets on chain. The whole idea is, like, you just need more dry powder. Right? And so it's either wealth creation from a new asset or existing one pumping or some reason for people to keep bringing cash on chain. I mean, Sailor's BTC sells are pretty insignificant. I don't really think they're necessarily weighing down the market. He's p
