It's been a challenge. My dad is an absolute lost cause. My mom is now open to the conversation, and she'll send me a bunch of different articles. And then she'll allow me to disseminate from my perspective, but it it's been it's been a rough ride.
Yeah. I've got them on peptides now, which is nice. See? And I've got my my stepdad on, testosterone replacement, which is nice, and he's seeing benefits of those things. So it's like they're slowly starting to incorporate some of these things, but their whole lives, they've been told that the doctor knows everything and that the news is always correct and anything contrary to the news is bullshit.
I but arguably, when our parents were our age, it was reliable. I don't think so.
